Next great movie by Lupus Pictures Company is about comrade Balcar. Joe Balcar is a leader of Czechoslovakian Youth Association. He likes order. Joe is very angry, finds a naked girl pioneer in the corridor or the young pioneer chief walks in untidy after her toilet adventure.
It can end up with a good thrashing in Joe’s office. The girl pioneer stands naked and is whipped by her chief. But the beating is a bit too harsh for her, as her bottom gets covered with pink stripes. After the girl leaves, young chief takes the same position on the pedestal… A proper spanking… Crying, tears…
